Break

As you may have noticed, the blog has been silent for the last 4 days. That's because it was time for a break. This past Lenten and Holy Week season was fairly intense. It was necessary to take a step back and regather my thoughts. Monday, it will be time to get back into the groove. We will pick up the end of the David's story as we finish 2 Samuel. After that, I think we will just continue the Old Testament study and launch into 1 Kings. Solomon is an interesting guy and it is his reign that comes next. Along with his story we will learn of evil King Ahab and his even more evil wife, Jezebel, along with some very interesting prophets, like Elijah and Elisha. God's Word is never boring!

So, thanks for tolerating a few days off. I promise, things will be back on track beginning on Monday. Blessings.

Psalm 121 1 I lift up my eyes to the hills.
